# How to update group details

Only group owner can update group name and image.

To update a group's name or icon, follow these steps:

1. Open the **group** that you want to update.
2. Click on the **settings icon** to open the group settings screen.
3. Enter the new group name in the "**Group name**" field.
4. To change the **group icon**, click on the current icon.
5. Once you've updated the group name and/or icon, click on the "**Save**" button to apply the changes.
