# How to delete a place

To delete a place in a group or **Personal Space** follow these steps:

1. Open the **group** or **Personal Space** you want to delete place from.
2. Click on "**Places**".
3. Click on your place that you want to delete.
4. Click on "**Delete place**".
5. **Confirm it** with long press on the "**Delete**" button.

Once you have deleted a place, neither you nor other members will be notified about place related events.
