How to reset your password

At Paralino, we take data security seriously. Your data is encrypted end-to-end on your device before it’s even sent to our server. This means that no one, including us, can access your data or your encryption keys.

Be careful before proceeding with password reset!

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it to regain access to your account, just follow these simple steps:

1. Click on “Forgot Password” on login screen.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Paralino account.
3. Click on “Reset password”.
4. Check your email for password reset instructions

After you get the email, follow these steps:

1. Click on the link provided in the email to reset your Paralino password.
2. Follow the steps in the app to recover your password.
3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
4. Click on “Change Password”.

That’s it! You have reset your password and can regain access to your account. However, please note that your data will be lost as no one, including us, has access to it due to end-to-end encryption.
