Devices limit reached

When using Paralino, it’s important to keep in mind that there is a limit to the number of devices that can be added to a group. This limit is determined by the subscription plan you have chosen. If you have reached the maximum number of devices allowed in a group, you will need to either remove devices or upgrade your subscription plan.

You can remove a device and you will be able to add a new one to the group.

Alternatively, you can upgrade your subscription plan to increase the maximum number of devices allowed in a group.

How to choose and upgrade subscription plan?#

To choose and upgrade your subscription plan:

1. Open settings screen by tapping your profile icon.
2. Click on the “Subscription” section.
3. Choose the plan that meets your needs.
4. Follow the instructions to upgrade your subscription.
