How to Upgrade#

To upgrade to a premium plan:

1. Open the Paralino app
2. Tap on your profile icon
3. Select “Subscription”
4. Choose the plan that best fits your needs
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and can be canceled at any time.

Why do I have to pay for the subscription?#

Paralino is a premium app that provides a secure and private location sharing experience. There are no ads in the app and we do not sell your data so the subscription fee is the only way we can cover the costs of providing this service to you. Subscription you get will allow not just you but also your family and friends to use the app securely and privately.

Can I switch between plans?#

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

What happens if I downgrade?#

If you downgrade to a plan with fewer features, you may need to adjust your groups, members, or places to fit within the limits of your new plan. Otherwise location sharing will be limited and place notification will be disabled.

Is there a family or group discount?#

Paralino’s pricing is already optimized for families and groups - only one person pays. The Pro and Max plans offer the best value for multiple members and devices.

How can I cancel my subscription?#

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings under Subscription and tap Cancel. You will be taken to the store settings where you can cancel your plan.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?#

To change your plan, go to Subscriptions in your account settings, then tap on Change and select the plan you like.

Do all members get group benefits?#

Yes, all members in your group will have access to premium group features. Only one person pays for the premium plan but every group member can use additional benefits.

How can I request a refund?#

• Apple Users: Since Apple is handling your payment, you will need to go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the steps there.
• Google Users: You can contact our support team by emailing contact@paralino.com.

Is my payment information secure?#

Yes, your payment is processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process or store any payment information.

Is there a free trial available?#

Yes, we offer a free trial period for the first time you start your subscription. You can then enjoy premium features at no cost.
